Wybrzeże Gdańsk and Landshut Devils face off in KLŻ final

The Krajowa Liga Żużlowa (KLŻ) final is set to begin this Sunday between Trans MF Landshut Devils and Wybrzeże Gdańsk. While Wybrzeże Gdańsk enters the final as the regular season winner, the championship will be decided by the aggregate result of a two-match series.

Wybrzeże Gdańsk has shown strong form recently, advancing through the semi-finals with a dominant 111:69 aggregate victory over OK Kolejarz Opole. The Gdańsk squad is led by Jacob Thorssell, the league's top rider, supported by Timo Lahti, Tim Soerensen, and Krystian Pieszczek.

In contrast, the Landshut Devils face significant roster uncertainties due to injuries. Jan Konzack is confirmed out following a broken collarbone, and the availability of key rider Kim Nilsson remains uncertain due to a persistent knee injury. However, the team will see the return of Mario Hausl.
