WYDE project launches study on young women with disabilities

The WYDE project, an EU-funded initiative led by CBM, has launched a questionnaire to assess the involvement of young women with disabilities in public debate and advocacy. The project aims to monitor how much these women are included in decision-making processes and whether their specific needs are addressed within disability rights associations.

Involving various organizations such as Ledha (Italy), Stichting JongPIT (Netherlands), LNF (Lithuania), NOOIS (Serbia), Alda, and the European Disability Forum, the project will continue through 2027. Participants aged 18 to 35 will have access to remote and in-person training, as well as international workshops, to develop advocacy skills and discuss the obstacles they face.
