Wyndham Garden São Paulo Aclimação hotel opens in Brazil

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced the opening of the Wyndham Garden São Paulo Aclimação, a new mid‑scale hotel situated between the Aclimação neighbourhood and Avenida Paulista. The project is a joint venture with a group of Chinese investors and will be managed by Wyndham. The 71‑room property includes Superior Twin and Superior King rooms, four Superior Suites, and accessible units, all equipped with 50‑inch Smart TVs, minibars and free high‑speed Wi‑Fi. Amenities feature a fitness centre, a 79‑square‑metre event space that can host up to 80 guests, and a Chinese haute‑cuisine restaurant.

The hotel’s location offers easy access to Vergueiro and Paraíso metro stations (Blue and Green lines) and is close to major business, education and tourism hubs. With this opening, Wyndham now operates seven hotels in São Paulo and four Wyndham Garden hotels across Brazil. Executives highlighted the strategic importance of the expansion, citing confidence from investors and the ability to serve both corporate and leisure travellers.
