Wyndham Hotels adds 25 hotel deals and opens 13 properties in EMEA in early 2026

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts now operates more than 750 hotels with over 99,000 rooms across Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia and Africa (EMEA). In the first half of 2026 the chain signed agreements for 25 additional hotels and opened 13 new properties in the region, strengthening its presence in fast‑growing markets.

The growth is driven by continued demand in Turkey, rapid expansion in India and increased investment in emerging destinations such as the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Wyndham’s strategy focuses on offering internationally recognised brands that provide technology, distribution and operational expertise for mid‑scale, upscale and mixed‑use developments.

Dimitris Manikis, President of EMEA for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said the EMEA area remains one of the most dynamic regions in the global hospitality sector and highlighted the company’s commitment to meeting travellers’ rising interest in authentic cultural experiences.
