Wyndham Hotels & Resorts raises 2026 earnings outlook
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has increased its full-year 2026 earnings outlook following a 6 percent year-over-year rise in U.S. revenue per available room (RevPAR) during the third quarter. The company reported that U.S. RevPAR reached $58.35, driven by higher occupancy and rates, which helped offset declines in international revenue.
Net revenues for the third quarter rose 7 percent to $410 million, though net income fell 6 percent to $99 million. The company now forecasts adjusted diluted earnings per share of $4.84 to $4.92 for 2026, up from the previous range of $4.71 to $4.83. Additionally, the adjusted EBITDA forecast was raised to a range of $740 million to $745 million.
Global RevPAR grew by 2 percent on a constant-currency basis. While the company raised its global RevPAR growth guidance to between 0.5 percent and 1 percent, it narrowed its room-growth outlook to approximately 4 percent.
