Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to develop new hotel in Zonguldak

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Çolakoğlu Yapı Ltd. Şti. to develop the Ramada by Wyndham Zonguldak Çaycuma. The new facility will feature 105 guest rooms and a modern convention center designed by Norm Architects.

Located near Filyos Port, the hotel aims to serve both the growing industrial and logistics sectors in the region and tourists interested in the Black Sea coast's natural and historical sites. Softotel Hotel Management will oversee the hotel's operations. This project marks the first international hotel brand to open in the Çaycuma district, expanding Wyndham's presence in Turkey to include the Zonguldak province.
