Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas officially opens in Greece

The Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas officially opened on Monday, 12 October. Developed by DKG Development and operating under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand, the project is located at 68 Akti Moutsopoulou in the heart of Marina Zeas.

The hotel features 72 fully equipped residences ranging from 23 to 88 square metres, many of which include balconies overlooking the marina and the Saronic Gulf. Designed by architect Jean-Pierre Heim, the building is characterized by its wave-shaped balconies. On-site amenities include a restaurant, bar, gym, and meeting room to serve both business and leisure travelers.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Piraeus Mayor Giannis Moralis, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA President Dimitris Manikis, and DKG Development President and CEO Konstantinos Petridis. Petridis noted that the investment demonstrates the city's potential to offer internationally recognized hospitality, given its status as Greece's largest commercial, cruise, and passenger port.
