Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas opens in Greece

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has launched the Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas, a new branded residences project located in the Marina Zeas area of Piraeus, Greece. Developed in collaboration with DKG Development, the project represents an investment exceeding 25 million euros.

The complex consists of two eight-story buildings containing a total of 72 suites and residences, 28 of which offer views of the sea and the marina. This development introduces the serviced apartments model to Piraeus under an international hotel brand.

The project aims to capitalize on the growing tourism and transit dynamics of Piraeus, which serves as a major gateway to the Greek islands and hosts over 20 million passengers annually. The location provides proximity to the Dimotiko Theatro metro station, offering easy access to central Athens.
