Wyndham São Paulo Ibirapuera Hotel Opens New $1M Fitness Center

Wyndham São Paulo Ibirapuera Convention Plaza Hotel has inaugurated a modern fitness centre covering about 70 m² after investing more than R$ 1 million. Developed with Rentv and Core Health & Fitness Brasil, the space also serves as the official showroom for Core Health & Fitness, displaying equipment from brands such as Star Trac®, StairMaster®, Schwinn® and Nautilus® that can accommodate up to three users simultaneously.

The upgrade responds to a trend identified by the Global Business Travel Association, where 83 % of corporate travelers consider a hotel gym an important factor when choosing accommodation. Wyndham’s general manager Marc Balenger said the investment aims to meet the health‑and‑wellness expectations of business guests and is part of a broader R$ 14 million modernization program that includes renovations of rooms, lobby, dining and technology services.
