Wynn Al Marjan Island unveils luxury townhomes in Ras Al Khaimah

Wynn Al Marjan Island has announced the addition of luxury townhomes to its upcoming integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah. These residences will be located within Enclave, the resort’s boutique hotel, which will eventually offer 323 accommodations including suites, apartments, and estates.

The townhomes are designed to provide a residential experience rather than traditional hotel lodging. They range from two-bedroom units of 630 square metres to four-bedroom units measuring 1,110 square metres. Each residence features two levels, vaulted ceilings, and private amenities such as a library, billiards salon, media room, and private spa facilities including a hammam and tepidarium.

Guests staying in these townhomes will have access to exclusive services, including a private beachfront, 24-hour butler and culinary services, and chauffeured transportation. The development is scheduled to open in September 2027.
