Wyoming Cowboys alumni perform in NFL Week 5

Former Wyoming Cowboys players recorded notable performances during NFL Week 5. Carl Granderson of the New Orleans Saints earned player of the game honors despite a 23-13 loss to the Vikings. Granderson recorded two sacks, five total tackles, and has reached 2.5 sacks for the season.

In Buffalo, Josh Allen led the Bills to a 37-34 victory over the Los Angeles Rams. Allen completed 12 of 19 passes for 210 yards and one touchdown, while adding 121 rushing yards and another touchdown on the ground. For the season, Allen has accumulated 1,247 passing yards, seven touchdowns, and four interceptions.

Treyton Welch of the New Orleans Saints saw limited action in the loss to Minnesota, participating in nine snaps, all on special teams.
