The University of Wyoming Cowgirls are set to begin their 2026 volleyball season this weekend at the Arena-Auditorium during the Rumble in the Rockies tournament. The team will face Texas Tech on Friday, August 28, followed by a match against St. Thomas on Sunday, August 30.

Under Head Coach Kaylee Prigge, the Cowgirls enter the season following a 17-13 campaign and are currently ranked fourth in the Mountain West preseason poll. The roster features returning leaders such as Paige Lauterwasser, Sara Quigley, and Maddy Stucky, alongside seven new additions and three transfers.
