Wyoming high school football preseason rankings released

The 2026 Wyoming high school football season preseason rankings have been released via the WyoPreps Coaches and Media Preseason Football Poll. Defending state champions Sheridan (Class 4A), Star Valley (3A), and Pine Bluffs (1A 9-man) all secured the No. 1 spot in their respective classifications.

Other top-ranked teams include Burlington in Class 1A 6-man and Big Horn in Class 2A, the latter of which was the only unanimous choice for a top spot. The rankings reflect votes from head coaches and media representatives across the state.
