Wyoming high school sports: Tennis and volleyball season updates

Wyoming high school athletics are progressing through key seasonal milestones. In tennis, the regular season is entering its final week, with teams completing conference duals ahead of regional championships scheduled for Rock Springs and Gillette.

Recent match results include Thunder Basin defeating Campbell County 4-1 in both boys and girls divisions. Additionally, Cheyenne Central secured victories against Scottsbluff and Torrington.

In volleyball, teams are entering Week 3 of the 2026 season. The week features several major tournaments, including the Sandy Jebens Invitational hosted by Rawlins for 3A schools and a 2A invite hosted by Big Horn. Some 4A teams, such as Thunder Basin and Cheyenne South, are traveling to South Dakota for tournament competition.
