Wyoming men's basketball joins Sunshine Slam tournament

The Wyoming men's basketball team has announced its participation in the seventh annual Sunshine Slam tournament, held at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.

As part of the non-conference schedule, the Cowboys are set to face Duquesne on Sunday, Nov. 22, followed by a matchup against Kent State two days later. High Point University will also compete in the pre-holiday event.

The tournament marks Wyoming's fifth all-time meeting with Duquesne and its second meeting with Kent State. Tickets for the event will be available via Ticketmaster starting Sept. 9, with game times and television broadcast details to be announced at a later date.
