X Factor 2026 concludes Bootcamp phase with final selections

The 2026 edition of X Factor is approaching the conclusion of its Bootcamp phase. On October 8, contestants who previously passed the Auditions will perform before judges Francesco Gabbani, Irama, Jake La Furia, and Paola Iezzi in an attempt to reach the Last Call stage.

Judges use a four-card voting system to determine results: unanimous green cards grant passage to the Last Call, while four red cards result in immediate elimination. Judges Irama, Jake La Furia, and Paola Iezzi still hold 'X Pass' jokers, which allow them to guarantee a contestant a spot in the Last Call for their specific team, potentially overturning initial verdicts.

Reports also indicate internal tensions during the recording of early episodes, specifically regarding Irama’s strict and direct approach toward both contestants and fellow judges. The Live Shows are scheduled to begin on October 22.
