xAI to host 72-hour startup build experiment with Grok Bot
xAI is launching ‘Grok Bot Galaxy’, a 72-hour live experiment held from September 15 to September 17 in San Francisco and online. The event aims to demonstrate the capabilities of ‘Grok Bot’ as an AI agent tool rather than a standard chatbot.
During the event, participants Matt Palmer, Lauren Tan, and Roshan Sadanani will attempt to build a startup from scratch. The process involves making real-time decisions regarding product development, technical infrastructure, and business strategy. The experiment is designed to explore how much human intervention and correction is required when using AI agents to mediate tasks between users, teams, and various applications.
The three-day program is structured by professional roles. The first day focuses on engineering, product management, and founders. The second day covers sales engineering, sales, and customer support. The final day addresses marketing operations, post-sales, and marketing, concluding with a final showcase.
