Toluca approves modifications to 2026 Public Works Plan
The Toluca City Council has approved modifications to the 2026 Public Works Plan to optimize resource execution and comply with federal regulations. Led by Mayor Ricardo Moreno Bastida, the restructuring responds to annual changes in the operating rules of federal funds, specifically the Municipal Social Infrastructure Contribution Fund (FAISMUN).
