Xbox and Rocket Industries unveil Gears of War racing car

Xbox and Rocket Industries have announced a collaboration to celebrate the upcoming video game release, Gears of War: E-Day, through a custom Nitro Funny Car for the National Drag Racing Championship (NDRC) in Australia.

The vehicle is a high-performance machine featuring over 11,000 horsepower, capable of accelerating from zero to 500 km/h in under four seconds. The car will be driven by 2024 national champion and speed record holder Justin Walshe.

The custom-wrapped car is scheduled to make its competitive debut at the Haltech East Coast Nationals at Sydney Dragway on 26–27 September, followed by appearances at the Spry Spring Nationals at The Bend in Adelaide from 22–25 October.
