Xbox Game Pass and GOG announce upcoming game removals

Digital gaming platforms are updating their libraries, with both Xbox Game Pass and GOG removing titles from their services.

On Xbox Game Pass, several games are scheduled for removal by September 15. These changes are typically driven by the expiration or termination of licensing agreements between Microsoft and various publishers. Users are advised to monitor official Xbox notifications to identify titles they wish to complete or purchase before access is lost.

Simultaneously, the GOG storefront is removing select PC titles. The surreal survival-horror game ‘No Sleep for Sole’ is set to depart by September 6, while the co-op platformer ‘Speed Brawl’ is also being removed from the platform.
