Xbox tests Mythic Achievement system for 100% game completion

Xbox appears to be developing a new reward system for players who complete 100% of a game's achievements, potentially serving as a counterpart to PlayStation's Platinum Trophy. Evidence of this feature emerged within the Xbox Insider program, specifically in advanced testing rings like Alpha Skip-Ahead.

Users have observed new achievement filter options labeled “Completed Mythic Achievement” and “Incomplete Mythic Achievement.” This suggests that the new designation for fully completed games may be called a “Mythic Achievement.”

While Microsoft has not officially announced the feature, Xbox CEO Asha Sharma previously confirmed in August that the team is working on a system similar to the Platinum Trophy. It remains unclear if these rewards will be applied retroactively to older titles or if they will only apply to new releases and how they will interact with future DLC or expansions.
