Xceedance appoints Adrian Spieler to Board of Directors

Xceedance, a global provider of technology-driven business solutions for the insurance industry, has appointed Adrian Spieler to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Spieler brings over 30 years of experience in reinsurance, insurance, and asset management. He has served as the Chief Operating Officer at Convex Insurance since its inception in 2019. His previous career includes 17 years at Swiss Re in various senior leadership roles, as well as positions at Catlin Group and XL Catlin.

As a board member, Spieler will provide strategic guidance, assist in setting organizational goals, and help measure performance to support Xceedance’s global expansion. Xceedance CEO Arun Balakrishnan noted that Spieler’s operational and technological expertise across the re/insurance value chain will be invaluable to the company’s growth.
