Xeris Biopharma executives sell over $300,000 in stock

Several top executives at Xeris Biopharma Holdings, Inc. sold significant portions of their stock on September 1. The transactions were conducted under pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plans.

CFO Steven Pieper sold shares valued at $42,500, leaving him with a direct ownership of 1,356,053 shares. Chief Legal Officer Beth Hecht sold shares worth $141,434, and COO Kevin McCulloch sold shares totaling $127,308. In total, over $300,000 in stock changed hands within a 24-hour period.

Despite these sales, the executives maintain substantial holdings. McCulloch continues to own more than 1.6 million shares, while Pieper holds over 1.3 million. The sales occurred as the company's stock had seen a roughly 38 percent increase over the previous six months.
