Xerox Posts Strong Q2 2026 Earnings and Wins Smart Workplace Awards

Xerox Holdings Corp. reported quarter‑ended June 30, 2026 revenue of $1.92 billion, a 22 % year‑over‑year increase, and GAAP net income of $13 million, reversing a $106 million loss from the prior year. Adjusted net income rose to $55 million and adjusted operating income to $203 million, helped by a $105 million pre‑tax benefit from IEEPA tariff receivables and synergies from the 2025 Lexmark acquisition. The company raised its full‑year 2026 revenue and operating‑income guidance and highlighted progress on stabilising revenue, boosting profitability, and reducing leverage, according to CEO Louie Pastor.

Separately, Keypoint Intelligence awarded Xerox its eighth consecutive Smart Workplace Solutions Line of the Year award and a Pick Award for Xerox Workplace Cloud. The recognitions cite Xerox’s expanded portfolio of AI‑enabled services, cloud‑based print and fleet management, and integrated solutions that combine Xerox and Lexmark technologies. Billy Spears, chief product development and delivery officer, said the honors validate Xerox’s ability to help clients secure hybrid work environments and automate workflows.
