XGIMI announces Horizon 30 series 4K 120 Hz projectors

XGIMI has unveiled its new flagship Horizon 30 series of 4K projectors, featuring a significant upgrade to 120 Hz refresh rates. The lineup, which includes the Horizon 30 Pro, Max, and Ultra Max models, utilizes RGB Triple Laser technology to enhance brightness and contrast compared to the previous Horizon 20 generation.

The Ultra Max model serves as the series flagship, offering 6,000 ISO lumens and a 10,000:1 native contrast ratio. The Max model provides 5,300 ISO lumens with a 9,000:1 contrast ratio, while the Pro model features 4,800 ISO lumens and an 8,000:1 contrast ratio. XGIMI claims the new series delivers up to 15 percent more brightness and a sevenfold increase in native contrast over its predecessor.

Designed with gamers and cinema enthusiasts in mind, the projectors support Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and IMAX Enhanced. Gaming features include VRR, ALLM, and AMD FreeSync. The hardware also includes an intelligent double iris system to manage light and detail in varying environments. Additional features include Google TV integration, Harman Kardon speakers, and optical zoom.
