Xiaomi and Luna announce new smart wearable devices

The smart wearable market is seeing new product launches from Xiaomi and Luna. Xiaomi has released three new wearable devices: the REDMI Watch 6 Lite, the REDMI Watch 6 Active, and the Xiaomi Band 11 Active. The REDMI Watch 6 Lite features a 1.96-inch AMOLED screen and up to 18 days of battery life, priced at 1,499 TWD. The REDMI Watch 6 Active supports Bluetooth calling and offers 18-day battery life for 999 TWD. The most affordable option, the Xiaomi Band 11 Active, weighs 18g and provides up to 21 days of battery life for 699 TWD.

At IFA 2026, health tech brand Luna announced the global release of the Luna Band. Unlike traditional trackers, the Luna Band uses an AI platform called LifeOS to recalibrate its measurements daily based on the user's specific health goals and biological data. The device aims to provide actionable daily schedules rather than just raw data. The Luna Band is priced at 149 EUR with no required monthly subscription fees.
