Xiaomi brand Mijia launches new air purifiers in India

Mijia by Xiaomi, the smart home and lifestyle brand of Xiaomi, has officially debuted in India with the launch of two new products: the Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 and the Mijia Smart Air Purifier 4 Compact. This expansion aims to address growing consumer demand for indoor air quality management in modern Indian homes.

The Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6 is designed for larger spaces up to 940 square feet. It features a five-layer filtration system including a primary filter, a high-efficiency filter, activated carbon, UVC sterilization, and a negative ion generator. The device utilizes five sensors to monitor PM1, dust, PM2.5, temperature, and humidity, displaying real-time data on an LCD color screen. It boasts a particle CADR of 443 m³/h and a formaldehyde CADR of 218 m³/h.

Both models offer smart connectivity through the Xiaomi Home app, allowing for remote monitoring and manual control. The purifiers include various modes, such as an auto-adjustment setting and a quiet sleep mode operating at 32.1 dB(A).
