Xiaomi EV delivers 31,267 units in July, reaching 39% of annual target

Xiaomi's electric vehicle unit delivered 31,267 vehicles in July, according to data from the China Passenger Car Association. While this represents a 2.68% year-on-year increase, it is a nearly 10% decline from June.

With 216,322 cumulative deliveries in the first seven months of the year, Xiaomi has reached only 39% of its 550,000-unit annual target. To meet this goal, the company must average approximately 67,000 monthly deliveries over the remaining five months of the year.

Performance varied by model. The SU7 sedan saw a slight month-on-month recovery, delivering 21,044 units, though this was down 13.79% compared to the previous year. Conversely, the YU7 SUV experienced a significant month-on-month decline of 28.63%, totaling 10,223 units.

Achieving the annual target likely depends on the performance of the newly introduced Sky Nomad product line, which marks the company's entry into the extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) segment.
