Xiaomi expands HyperOS 4 beta testing and release schedule

Xiaomi is advancing the rollout of its HyperOS 4 operating system, primarily focusing on the Chinese market. The company has entered the third phase of its beta testing schedule, expanding access to eight additional devices. This latest wave of testing includes models such as the Xiaomi MIX Flip 2, the Redmi K80 series, and the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra.

Beyond immediate beta testing, Xiaomi has outlined an official release calendar for HyperOS 4 in China. The rollout is scheduled to span from October 2026 through January 2027. The update will affect a wide range of hardware, including smartphones, tablets, televisions, smartwatches, and speakers across the Xiaomi and Redmi product lines.

Initial waves will prioritize the most recent flagship models, such as the Xiaomi 17 and Redmi K90 series, followed by older generations including the Xiaomi 15 and 14 series. While the current testing and rollout phases are specific to China, a global release for international users has not yet been scheduled.
