Xiaomi expands Mijia smart home line with new appliances

Xiaomi is expanding its Mijia smart home ecosystem with several new product releases targeting large families and pet owners.

The Mijia Refrigerator Pro 600L features a cross-door design with a total capacity of 600 liters. It utilizes a dual refrigeration system with independent evaporators and fans to prevent odor transfer between the fridge and freezer. The unit includes an automatic ice maker that does not require plumbing and a specialized drawer with adjustable temperature modes for dry goods, zero-degree storage, or baby products.

For pet care, Xiaomi introduced the Mijia Smart Pet Water Fountain 2 Sterilization Edition. This 3-liter device features UV-C sterilization to eliminate up to 99% of bacteria, a 4,000 mAh battery providing up to 90 days of autonomy, and app integration via Xiaomi Home.

Additionally, the Mijia Smart Aquarium 2 Pro has been launched. This 31-liter nano-aquarium features a 16:9 widescreen format made of ultra-clear float glass. It is equipped with 24 RRGB-LEDs for lighting, a built-in filtration system, an automatic feeder, and an LCD color display to monitor water temperature and status.
