Xiaomi introduces Game Space, replacing Game Turbo on HyperOS

Xiaomi has begun rolling out a major update for its HyperOS platform that removes the long‑standing Game Turbo feature and replaces it with a new hub called Game Space. The new centre consolidates installed games, adds them automatically, and highlights the most frequently used titles for quicker access.

Game Space lets users create per‑game performance profiles, allowing, for example, high‑responsiveness settings for MOBA titles and graphics‑focused settings for open‑world games while balancing device temperature. The hub also offers visual customisation such as wallpapers, launch animations and widgets, making the gaming experience more personal. The update is initially available on devices running the latest HyperOS version and will be phased in across more models in the coming weeks.
