Xiaomi launches Mijia Bedside Lamp 3 via crowdfunding

Xiaomi has officially launched the Mijia Bedside Lamp 3 on its crowdfunding platform. The new model is priced at 269 yuan during the crowdfunding period, with a standard retail price of 299 yuan. This marks the first major update to the series since the release of the second generation in 2018.

The lamp features upgraded full-spectrum LED beads with a color rendering index (Ra90) designed to mimic natural light. It offers a brightness range from 570lm down to below 1lm, catering to various needs such as reading, night lighting, or sleep assistance. The device provides 360-degree soft lighting through a specialized diffuser and supports 16 million colors along with various dynamic and static light effects.

Technical specifications include top-area touch sensitivity for easy operation and compatibility with Xiaomi HyperOS. Users can control the device via voice commands through Xiao Ai or manage automated scenes, such as sunrise wake-up routines and sleep-aid dimming, through the Mijia app. The product has received TÜV Rheinland certification for blue light safety and flicker-free performance.
