Xiaomi has launched the Mijia Robot Vacuum and Mop 7 Max in China, the successor to the 6 Max model. The new device features a significant increase in suction power, reaching 45,000 Pa compared to the 35,000 Pa of its predecessor.
The robot includes advanced cleaning features such as the ability to spray 50°C hot water, which it can activate automatically when identifying kitchens or bathrooms. Xiaomi claims a floor sterilization rate of 99.99%. The device utilizes AI to recognize over 320 types of objects and dirt, and it is designed to be less prone to getting tangled in cables.
Two versions are available for the Chinese market: a model with a water tank priced at 4,999 yuan (approximately $700) and a slim version with direct water supply and drainage priced at 5,299 yuan (approximately $740). Notably, the 7 Max is priced significantly lower than the launch prices of the previous generation.
