Xiaomi launches new portable air inflator and smart night light

Xiaomi has expanded its consumer product lineup in the Chinese market with the release of two new smart gadgets: the Mijia Portable Air Inflator and the Mijia Night Light 4.

The Mijia Portable Air Inflator is a compact, 240g device designed for inflating bicycle, motorcycle, and electric vehicle tires, as well as sports balls. It features a maximum pressure of 150psi, a 2000 mAh lithium-ion battery, and can inflate an empty bicycle tire in approximately 60 seconds. The device includes preset modes for different uses, an automatic shut-off feature once target pressure is reached, and an SOS light mode.

The Mijia Night Light 4 is an automated motion-sensing light utilizing 24 GHz radar technology. This sensor allows for the detection of subtle movements within a 120-degree field of view. The light provides indirect illumination via wall reflection to reduce eye strain, offering four brightness levels ranging from 1 to 15 lumens. It is powered by an 800 mAh rechargeable battery via USB-C, which the manufacturer claims can last up to eight months under normal usage conditions.
