Xiaomi launches Redmi Watch 6 Active smartwatch

Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Watch 6 Active, a budget-friendly smartwatch featuring a 1.85-inch AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,200 nits. The device supports Always-on Display (AOD) and includes Bluetooth calling capabilities via an integrated microphone and speaker.

Health and fitness features include 24/7 heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen (SpO2) tracking, stress management, and over 140 sports modes. The watch is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance and weighs approximately 26 grams.

Battery life is powered by a 470 mAh battery, offering up to 18 days in energy-saving mode, 12 days of normal usage, or 6 days with the Always-on Display active. The product is currently available in China and has seen rollouts in the Philippines and Europe, with prices positioned around 50 USD/EUR.
