Xiaomi expands wearable lineup with new Smart Band 10 Pro, Watch S5 and Redmi Watch 5 Active

Xiaomi has launched several new wearable devices. The company announced the Watch S5 in Brazil, a premium smartwatch built with 316 L stainless steel, a 1.48‑inch AMOLED display (up to 2 500 nits), dual‑band GPS, 150+ sport modes and up to 21 days of battery life.

The Smart Band 10 Pro, released a year after the original Smart Band 10, adds a larger 336 × 480‑pixel AMOLED screen, integrated GPS (rare for bands), a 350 mAh battery delivering up to three weeks of use, and health sensors for heart rate, SpO₂ and sleep tracking. Independent tests reported generally positive performance, noting an improved thin aluminum case and good sensor accuracy.

Xiaomi’s budget line continues with the Redmi Watch 5 Active, offered in white and black variants. The white model includes a 5‑cm LCD, up to 18 days of battery, dual‑mic Bluetooth calls and 140+ workout modes; the black version has a slightly smaller display, 14 days of battery and Bluetooth 5.0. Neither variant includes GPS, a feature that remains exclusive to the Smart Band 10 Pro.

Amazon promotions in Brazil feature the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 and the Redmi Watch 5 Active, highlighting health monitoring, SpO₂ tracking and notification support. Additional coverage notes several Chinese smartwatches as affordable alternatives to the Apple Watch, underscoring the growing diversity of wearable options from Chinese manufacturers.
