The Xiaomi Watch S5 features a refined design compared to its predecessor, offering a slimmer profile at 11mm thick and a 46mm case size. By reducing the bezel size by 40%, the device provides a larger 1.48-inch display compared to the 1.43-inch screen on the previous model.

Construction varies by colorway: all models utilize a 316L stainless steel case, but the bezels differ. The Black and Silver versions use stainless steel, the Ceramic Blue model features a ceramic bezel, and the Jungle Green version uses forged carbon. The display is made of scratch-resistant crystal.

Pricing for the device starts at €180 for the Black and Silver models, while the Jungle Green and Ceramic Blue versions are priced at €200. The watch includes a two-pin magnetic charger with a USB-A port.
