XIII remake discounted to $4 on PlayStation Store

The remake of the cult classic first-person shooter XIII is currently available on the PlayStation Store for a discounted price of approximately €3.99 (or $3.99). The sale is applicable to both PS4 and PS5 versions and is scheduled to run until late August.

Originally based on a Belgian graphic novel and first released in 2003 by Ubisoft Paris, the 2020 remake was developed by PlayMagic and published by Microids. While the title has achieved cult status, the remake received mixed critical reception due to technical issues, changes in art style, and gameplay modifications. A 2022 update addressed some of these concerns for the PS5 and Xbox Series versions.

In addition to the individual game discount, a Comic Book Legends bundle featuring XIII, Blacksad: Under the Skin, and Les Tuniques Bleues: Nord et Sud is also available at a reduced price.
