Xóm nhỏ series: Characters seek clues regarding a fraudster

In the third episode of the series “Xóm nhỏ”, characters Phong and Trâm are forced to share a rented room following a chaotic dispute in their boarding house. While Trâm initially opposes the arrangement, Phong’s legal rental contract prevents him from being evicted. The tension between the two is high, leading to a confrontation involving a knife as Trâm attempts to protect herself.

The plot shifts toward the investigation of a woman named Duyên, who has allegedly defrauded multiple individuals. Phong reveals he was swindled out of 20 million VND and his professional camera. Trâm, after learning of the deception, joins Phong in seeking answers.

Through a woman named Hoa, the characters discover that Duyên’s scams are widespread. Hoa, who also fell victim to Duyên, confirms that the fraudster posed as a wealthy socialite to deceive victims. One reported case involved an older man who lost 200 million VND. The episode highlights the financial and emotional struggles of the victims as they attempt to uncover the truth behind the scams.
