XOPark retail park construction to begin in Stara Zagora

Construction of XOPark Stara Zagora, a new retail park, is scheduled to begin on October 22, 2026. The project, an investment by Trinity Capital, will feature 20,700 square meters of commercial space, 26 retail units, and 560 parking spaces.

Located at the intersection of Kaloyanovo Highway and Anastasia Tosheva Street, the complex will host various categories including fashion, electronics, home goods, and health and beauty. Notably, the site will include the first Fantastico supermarket in Stara Zagora, covering 4,000 square meters. The development also plans to include electric vehicle charging stations, a playground, and an 'Agora' space designed for social events and local entrepreneurs.

Mayor Zhivko Todorov stated that the project will expand consumer choices, create jobs, and attract international brands. The municipality aims to support such developments through a 'fast track' mechanism designed to reduce administrative hurdles for investors.
