XP launches XP Future career transition program

XP has launched the XP Future program, an initiative designed for professionals seeking a career transition into the financial market. The program is currently offering opportunities in regions such as Ceará and Pernambuco.

Candidates must have a completed higher education degree, a commercial and relational profile, and previous experience in sales or commercial activities. While interest in investments and basic knowledge of financial products are relevant, the program is specifically intended for individuals who are not yet investment advisors and do not necessarily require prior experience in the financial sector.

The selection process involves online tests, group dynamics, and interviews with leadership. Successful participants enter a 12-month free training program covering financial markets, products, long-term planning, and client relationship management. The initiative also provides support for obtaining required market certifications, such as CPA-20 or CEA. Upon completion of the training track, participants may have the opportunity for formal employment under the CLT regime.
