XPENG launches upgraded G6 EV for European market

Chinese electric‑vehicle manufacturer XPENG introduced an upgraded version of its G6 family SUV, positioning the model as a direct challenger to the current best‑seller in Europe. The launch is part of XPENG’s strategy to expand its presence on the continent.

The new G6 offers a 571‑liter luggage capacity, a spacious cabin and comes equipped with modern safety, technology and comfort features as standard. Founder He Xiaopeng said, "Our philosophy is that modern safety, technology and comfort functions should not be hidden behind long option lists." The vehicle also carries a five‑year new‑car warranty and can charge from 10 % to 80 % in twelve minutes, adding more than 300 km of range.
