XploraMón provides inclusive summer camp for disabled youth in Reus

The association Reus Diversitat en Acció has organized XploraMón, an inclusive summer camp in Reus designed for young people aged 6 to 21 with disabilities. The initiative aims to provide respite for families who often face difficulties finding adapted activities during the month of August.

To ensure individualized attention, the camp maintains a ratio of one monitor per child. Activities are adapted to the specific needs and rhythms of each participant, including trips to municipal pools, libraries, and equestrian centers. The project is primarily funded by the parents through various fundraising efforts, such as lotteries and sales, despite receiving support from local entities and the County Council.
