XRP price stalls near $1.10 as network activity hits yearly lows

XRP has been trading in a tight range around $1.10, with support generally defended between $1.00 and $1.05 and resistance near $1.40. Technical analysis noted a golden‑cross on the four‑hour chart, while the 50‑day moving average sits at $1.16 and the 200‑day average around $1.45.

On‑chain metrics show a sharp decline in usage. Santiment reported daily active addresses of 25,350 – the second‑lowest count recorded in 2026 – and only 2,130 new wallets, the lowest level since November 2024. Spot‑ETF inflows that had summed to $1.48 billion over nine weeks turned negative in the week to 9 July, and funding rates have remained deeply negative throughout the year.

Regulatory developments include Ripple’s MiCA licence in Europe and anticipated U.S. “Clarity Act” progress, but analysts say these improvements have not translated into stronger price momentum. Market sentiment remains cautious, with declining spot‑volume and modest net outflows from exchanges.
