XRP Healthcare reports $452,000 loss in XRPH Wallet breach

XRP Healthcare has reported a security breach involving its XRPH Wallet, where approximately 4,011 accounts were targeted by unauthorized transactions beginning September 3, 2026. The incident resulted in an estimated loss of $452,000, including 267,664 XRP and roughly 23.2 million XRPH tokens.

Independent investigators suggest the compromise was linked to the wallet’s staking function. The analysis alleges that activating the staking feature caused users’ seed phrases to be transmitted to a remote server rather than being stored locally. XRP Healthcare instructed users to cease using the XRPH Wallet while developers investigate the breach.

On-chain researchers noted that the stolen assets were converted into approximately 445,198 DAI on the Ethereum network. The project has contacted exchanges to attempt to freeze the funds, which were traced to a single Ethereum wallet.
