XRPL records $1.9 billion real‑world asset inflow, overtaking Ethereum
In the last 90 days the XRP Ledger attracted $1.9 billion of tokenized real‑world assets, surpassing Ethereum’s $1.6 billion inflow. The RWA Foundation’s data show XRPL leading the short‑term ranking, followed by Stellar ($1.4 billion), BNB Chain ($848 million), Solana ($611 million) and others. The surge is driven by institutional capital, with East‑Asian exchanges such as Upbit increasing their wallet share on XRPL from 13 % to 31 % over a week, while Coinbase’s share fell to near zero.
Despite XRP’s price pressure, on‑chain activity on the ledger is rising sharply. Daily transaction volumes have grown in double‑digit percentages, and tokenized asset values and stable‑coin usage are expanding, indicating growing functional utility beyond speculative trading. Analysts note the disconnect between market price and underlying network adoption, suggesting that institutional interest may eventually translate into broader price support.
