XRP sees strong ETF inflows despite price volatility

XRP is experiencing a divergence between strong institutional demand via exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and recent price volatility. US-based spot XRP ETFs have seen significant cumulative inflows, reaching approximately $1.68 billion since their launch in late 2025. This includes a notable 11-session streak of positive net inflows that brought in roughly $170 million, despite some recent single-day outflows. Major institutional players such as Goldman Sachs, Franklin Templeton, and Grayscale have been identified as significant holders or drivers of these fund flows.

While ETF demand remains robust, the price of XRP has faced downward pressure and consolidation, trading in the $1.30 to $1.45 range. Analysts note that while Bitcoin continues to lead the broader market, XRP is showing signs of increased liquidity and interest from professional wealth managers. Technical indicators suggest a period of consolidation, with key support levels identified around $1.32 and $1.34.

Beyond ETFs, Ripple is expanding its infrastructure through partnerships in Asia and developments regarding its RLUSD stablecoin. The market is also monitoring potential upcoming regulatory developments and macroeconomic factors, such as Federal Reserve decisions, which may influence the next major directional move for the asset.
