XRP Whale Outflows on Binance Near Zero, Price Hovers Around $1.17
On‑chain data shows that XRP whale withdrawals from Binance have fallen to near‑zero levels, the lowest since before the token’s 2025 rally. The outflows, previously in the tens of billions, now total roughly 978 million XRP over 30 days, signalling that large holders have stopped moving tokens to exchanges for sale.
The price of XRP is around $1.17, down about 9.5% in a week and sitting near the lower edge of its $1.14‑$1.24 daily range, with a market cap near $72 billion. At the same time, institutional infrastructure is expanding: CME Group has launched 24/7 regulated XRP futures, and seven U.S. spot XRP ETFs hold about $1 billion in assets, locking in over 900 million XRP. These developments suggest long‑term institutional support even as on‑chain accumulation stalls.
Analysts note the contrast—whale activity indicating a lack of immediate buying pressure, while futures and ETF products point to a growing institutional framework that could shape XRP’s future price trajectory.
