Xsight Group featured in Harvard Business Review for AI orchestration
Xsight Group, a Hong Kong-based cross-border technology group, has been featured in a special report by Harvard Business Review (HBR) titled ‘How AI Agents Orchestrate Work Across Silos’. The upcoming September–October 2026 issue examines how the company uses a layered AI agent orchestration system to solve coordination challenges common in globalized enterprises.
As companies expand, departments such as procurement, logistics, finance, and sales often face information silos that delay strategic decision-making. Xsight Group addresses this by decomposing complex cross-departmental decisions into modular tasks with clear inputs and outputs. Their system utilizes a three-tier AI structure: task-oriented AI for specialized functions like contract analysis and demand forecasting, intermediate connectors to validate and flow information, and a master orchestration AI to coordinate the entire process.
This approach is designed to automate task distribution, information synchronization, and conflict verification, rather than replacing human judgment. By handling heavy coordination work, the system allows managers to focus on high-level business decisions and respond more effectively to external risks and market fluctuations.
