Xsight Labs Secures Over $300 Million Funding at $2.8 Billion Valuation
Xsight Labs, a fabless semiconductor firm that builds high‑performance connectivity chips for AI and cloud data‑center networks, closed a financing round of more than $300 million. The round was led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and included investors such as Intel Capital, Battery Ventures, Valor Equity Partners, Aliya Capital Partners, and others, bringing the company's post‑money valuation to $2.8 billion.
The capital will be used to advance the company’s E1 data‑processing unit and X2 programmable Ethernet switch, both designed for 800‑gigabit operation with low power consumption. The E1 DPU, the first 800 Gbps DPU to ship, and the X2 switch, delivering 12.8 Tbps bandwidth, are already being evaluated by Tier‑1 hyperscalers and network operators. Xsight Labs, founded in 2017, is headquartered in Tel Aviv with offices in Boston, Raleigh, San Jose, Yerevan, and other locations, and plans to expand engineering and customer‑support teams across the US, Israel, Europe, and Asia.
